SUMMARY:

This video started with some examples of different kinds of music around the world and David Byrne try to explain us who difficult is find the perfect place to each type of music and tastes .We can enjoy better rock in a regular room, classic music in big rooms ,and pop in more closed rooms to feel the sensation and the indicated message that the song wants to transmit. Like the african, european,classic ,and latin music, they are unique and only for one kind of environment .Another point that he showed us was the moment when he make a conection between the music ,the architecture and the nature because he said  we are adaptable to every context ,situation or place ,we just have to feel the real sounds that our context wants transmit us and you  have to think that passion is the only way that we can make a difference with every music and catch at every time and every circunstance to enjoy it and be innovative to improve the musical quality .When the microphone appeared a lot of things changed for the style ,the songwriters,singers,producers and the public because this was a new way to heard  better the songs and it made us easier find the message .By the time the music is changing but it doesn't mean that before were bad ,what he wants to express is music can be  interpreted dependes of each culture  or  society .

PERSONAL REACTION:

In my opinion i enjoyed this presentation because i love everything that is referent to music and in special the ways that we can listen it everywhere. It is very curious know now that each type of music is for a specific place depends of the structure of the physical  environment. The music is changing a lot for all the tastes or cultures because music is the perfect expression of the humanity. If we really appreciate it we have to be more adaptable and find the real message of every music that we listen .

SUMMARY:
Adam Savage is an exhibitor at this video and talks about the great scientific discoveries that were made throughout the history of things starting small and simple ideas. An example of this is Richard Feynman who seek a precise meaning and correct for a phenomenon called Inertia, another great example is Eratosthenes who was a librarian, came to give a description of the distance around the Earth, and finally, Armand Fizeau who could know which was the true speed of light (we now know that the light is faster than sound.) These are incredible examples that managed to change the view of the world with just a little more than curiosity and realizing the details that surround us in this world. Many scientists began from an everyday experience and then studied and learned to interpret. Another point that was developed in this video was a lot of people are afraid and do not like anything to do with science, but the very idea of science is that it is a field open to anyone who wants to know more. We have an obligation to use the technology of this era, we have to admit that today things are much easier.

PERSONAL REACTION:

I totally agree with the person that is talking in this video because people have to be more curious and try to see more details. We have the technology, a lot of theories and knowledge to make a big difference with the new discoveries that we can get in the future .The scientists are not different to us ,all of us have the same capacities to discover and resolve problems. It depends of us if we want to change the world we have to start changing ourselves.

SUMMARY:

Google is one of the most rich and well known companies in the world but recently we can know why is the best place to work and there are several reasons, one of then is the quality and benefits: like food that is free ,their own gym ,laundry ,doctors free ,workers can go to work wearing casual clothes ,bring your pet to the office if your coworker agrees with you and a lot of things more.This maybe could sounds ridiculous but it's the way that Google use to improve the work of their employees and make a better relation between them .They feel  comfortable working there because they can find facilities to enjoy while you are working and¡ the most important thing¡, they receive good salary. This sounds like the perfect job or maybe it's.The boss of all of them said that he tries that his employees can feel happy because on that way they can feel safe and confident that work there is the best option and it`s not a waste of time. obviously that work for google it's not unimportant but tihs is a new woay to manage your own company.

PERSONAL REACTION:

In my point of view a have to say that i have never heard about this kind of organization in any company and I think that is incredible. I would like to work there and do many amazing activities while I am earning money. Also the idea that i have about the boss is that he is a very inteligent man who knows how to improve the production in his company only making  feel better his workers .This is a new and innovative way to avoid the stress and make better the working  environment.

I can write a summary and my personal reaction of the video: "How great leaders inspire action.(Simon Sinek).
SUMMARY:

In this video we can see how Simon Sinek talk us about a few companies and people are successful in their period of time that their existence,and the answer for it  is that this kind of people thinks in the opposite way that the common persons because they don't put a product in the market only for the good style or if the object could be used for a lot of things, the successful people thinks about WHY they offer it,it means what is the real reason that make the consumer buy the productor ,and we found that people get it only for MAKE THEMSELF HAPPIER  and feel that they are better persons and get a kind of satisfaccion ,you can see it clearly y the example of the golden circle. first you ask yourself WHY you offer it ,the second question is HOW it works and how you can convince the consumer and finally ask WHAT is the product that yo want to put in this competitive market.This is the correct way to think how people would prefer mi company or my ideas than the others,also we have to have in mind our pricipal objective.

PERSONAL REACTION:

I would like to express my totally agreement with this speech because in my opinion a real leader have to think differently to the other people.They are minds that find the way to convince and surprise to the consumer.I know that is dificult to do but is not imposible we have to think outside the box and show what is the purpose and the intention that get the consumer when they get it.Don't forget that only a little group of persons get to be successful beacuse the see the world with other point of view ,they are winners.
